Buying Search engine need | google API, youTube API

    I want to create, Website search engine.

    I have already created HTML version of the search engine page.

    I will first focus on front end, will keep admin backend later.
    I will sparate the job into 2 phase.
    I wish to make the search engine works , you can use google API integrated for all search needs, And use YouTube API for video searching. And use smarty for template system.

    If you are interesting, Please PM me, and please let me know how long estimate to make front end works for search result functionallity only.
    And also the price quote. Sooner is better.
