do you want to see what you currently rank for? use WebCEO to keep track on an ongoing basis.

if you want to see what you're getting clicks for you can use webmaster tools like jitendraag said.

 

I'm not sure what you exactly mean but if you meant a tool to check your ranking, then you can use google or for long term use you can try seo cockpit since it updates you whenever there are changes to your rankings. Checkout my signature below.

well google webmaster tool/ yahoo webmaster and bing they all are pretty good but maybe he is asking about an actually software that does that ?
if so there is a program called rank check which is pretty easy to use. and would tell you what rank each of the keyword you enter is.

 

I will check it out this keyword tracking tool. I use rankchecker for only rank checking.

 

I think he is looking for a best keyword for website. There are many tools available for selecting best keywords in terms of search engine. The most preferred free tool is google adword keywords tools.
