    Yep, defo a sky.com broadband subscriber IP addy - you may find that they've been hacked by someone who's performing a denial of service attack on your website. Chances are that the Sky admins will pick up on this and/or the user will get their virus software updated and stop it happening...

    ...just hope they've got the Alexa toolbar installed - it'll make your site look great ;)

    ...seriously tho - hope you get it sorted - I think there's a way that you can block certain IP's on your site? Check out the cpanel options.

    It's useless to block a bot with the robots.txt, most of these bots don't follow it, the best is to block the IP with .htaccess
