Search Engine Crawlers

Hello all DPer,

How can top search engine crawlers come fast on my site? Is it possible crawlers come daily?

What should i do?

You can use Google webmaster tool. This will help in easy crawling your website. Likewise you can submit your website in different search engine webmaster tools.

 

Create quality backlinks to your site, they will crawl your site fast, and daily too.

 

There are some points, you have to keep in mind to get a crawlers attention
1.Update your content often and regularly.
2.Add a site map
3.Make sure your server works correctly.
4.Get more back links from regularly crawled sites.

 

And i guest you must regularly to ping site that you leave a link

 

1. Do regular bookmarking on high PR sites like clipmarks, faves, jumptags, diggo and many more.
2. Also Classifieds with link(of your website) on it.
3. Update your blogs regularly with good quality content and also putting your website link at the end.
Such regular practices make your website noticed by al the search engines especially Google.

 

First, submit your site to the SE. ONLY ONCE!!!
Second, create a XML Sitemap for your site and setup Webmaster Tools.
Third, ask friend sites to put your domain link on their home page for a month then remove.

This is the fastest way so far that works ever time.

Also, have content that changes daily.

 

There are two basic ways to increase your site's crawl frequency:

1) Add new pages to your site frequently. If each time the crawler comes it discovers new pages, then it will continue to come more and more frequently until it finds what it thinks is a balance between your content generation rate and its crawl rate... and

2) Build inbound links. The more inbound links, the more the crawlers will visit your site because when they crawl other sites that link to you, they have to verify those links are still good.

Sitemaps will NOT increase crawl frequency. Simply using webmaster tools will not increase crawl frequency (and you should NEVER set the crawl frequency in webmaster tools unless you are tell Google to crawl you less frequently because you have super crappy hosting and their crawler is bringing your server to its knees).

 

If you change your web pages, crawler-based search engines eventually find these changes, and that can affect how you are listed. Page titles, body copy and other elements all play a role.
