search eBay for listings without paypal.

    a) find items cheaper than market value and sell them

    What you're missing here is that the majority of people who don't accept PayPal are scammers, and many people who refuse to use PayPal are scammers (ie. sending fake money orders).

    Those who do not accept PayPal generally want payment ONLY via cashier's cheque or money order. Both are virtually irreversable, and scream scam to any buyer who sees the listing. I have never met a buyer who refuses to use PayPal for ebay listings, and very few sellers who accept credit card payment through their own gateway and refuse PayPal.

    I just do not think this idea will ever work. There simply is no market for it.
