E.g :- remedies for acne Please tell me above keyword search count and competition and which tool you have used to check this. and which keyword tool is better. i always use google adwords keyword tool. but don't know how to check competition. like this keyword have 50% or 70% competition. in google adwords search count of remedies for acne is 60,500. but dont know the competition.

Most keyword tools are a total estimate and to be safe, use the data as indicators rather than exact figures. For competition you need to analyze the top ranking sites, check out their back link profiles, and see how much interest there is for the exact-match keyword in Google's index.
For competitor analysis you can do more then back link analysis,analyze information architecture,ranking on major three search engines,domain age,number of pages.
Use Google Keyword tool. This will show you the approximate search traffic for particular keywords and also gives a good indication of the competition for that particular keyword, plus its free
