    Am i allowed a search box on a page with no other content or maybe just a logo at the top of the page, above the search box.

    So effectivly it would be like i owned a search engine.

    Is this allowed?

    He didn't mention anything about Adsense. Are you saying as long as he doesn't use Adsense, then this is allowed?
