    There doesn't appear to be anything. Maybe you could use the Blogroll Links Page if there are not too many.

    That plugin just outputs the list when I want to search something...

    Find "links", you can "add new link" if your blogroll is gone.

    Check out Link Library.

    Search Unleashed extends Wordpress search to include pages with shortcodes in them. It could be used with Blogroll Links Page to search links.
