Search and Replace Text Program

    I'm looking for a FREE Search and Replace Text Program so i can search all files from a folder to find instances of my searched text so I don't have to search each file separately.

    But the Editplus can replace several lines at onсe
    ...with using of the regular expressions

    My programmer typically does this stuff on the fly for me in linux.

    You may find this helpful though... http://www.ecobyte.com/replacetext/ it will work on tons of files or a folder of them at once.

    hope that helps. At a glance the above solution may do the same thing.
