Really? We don't have it like that here in the UK.

If someone here shouts at us in the UK we either tell them to f*ck off or ignore them. It's hardly assault.

 

Well in this country they want you to be a good and obedient robot...I mean citizen. You can get sued for even saying the wrong thing about someone now a days let alone God forbid yell at someone in frustration. Expressing emotions can be a sign of human nature and big brother does not like that too much. They want you to go to work, come home turn on the TV, microwave the food, be quiet and pay your taxes and repeat the next morning.

That is simply not true.. Even flipping off a cop is protected by the first amendment. Generally when assault charges are filed, they are followed by battery charges, hence, assault and battery..

 

I dare you to flipp off a cop next time you're about town and then come back here and share your experience with the rest of us.

In the US, you can even flip off a cop and get away with it.. It is a 1st Amendment right....

Now I will grant you in some cases, you can be busted for it.. For instance the guy that flipped off a jury was busted not for giving the finger, but because he ignored court instructions..
