Seal by Godaddy.com

    HI guys,

    I want to know, is the seal (certified) by goDaddy.com important? Can I buy a domain first and buy the seal after a few weeks/months?

    If you mean their ssl, you can buy it later. There may or may not be some discounts involved if you buy it at the same time.

    I know what seal your talking about. All that seal does is prove that the person that registered the domain is in fact the same person listed on the whois. I would think you could buy the seal later if you want.

    I can confirm that you can purchase the seal for your domain at anytime, i did it for one of mine, just make sure you dont change your details afterwards otherwise it becomes void, but as you know how cheap it is its not too much of a problem.
