I have a Southeast Washington Real Estate website. I'm already working on directories for one-way inbound links. Any suggestions for one-way inbound links other than directories? I am willing to pay for links if the link is a good buy. Any help would be appreciated.
You could try the link sales section of this forum at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58 Mind you real estate links are not advertised that often. If you are after SERPs rather than just pr you cuold try some good some quality text link exchanges ... jsut post an ad in the link exchange forum http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=53 Other than that its the usual stuff of article submissions, press releases, etc.
I offer lifetime citypage sponsorships at www.citiesamerica.com ... exclusively for websites of local interest and orientation. I think a locally focused Real Estate site to be a qualified match. For 10 USD per city you can have a paragraph (300 words+- ,you write, I edit) with multiple links(3) to your website. You can even upload images for your city.(guidelines apply) The following pages as yet do not have a sponsor... http://www.citiesamerica.com/US/WA/Richland http://www.citiesamerica.com/US/WA/Kennewick http://www.citiesamerica.com/US/WA/Pasco
I'll take you up on that. Shoot me a PM with your payment info and I'll reserve all three. You might consider Tri Cities WA and West Richland WA, to add to your directory. I would consider those, as well.
I can give you a site wide link on these two domains. $1.00 per month/per site You can submit article one time fee $3.00 per site. http://www.discussre.com http://www.sirhomeloan.com Sending you a PM about other sites. Thanks
I have a Blogger blog currently ranking at PR3. It is called Mortgage Paradise and some folks have found it a useful place to advertise.
Would you consider a lifetime option? BTW, I like your blog, expecially the God part. 2nd Chapter of Acts dates you as old as me. lol
Yes, I am certainly getting up there and I look more like Matthew Ward than ever before! God is good. I don't bother with permanent links because I wouldn't be honest selling them. Especially since this is Blogger/Blogspot, I may eventually move the blog or get rid of it. My plans for 2007 is to keep it; for 2008...only God knows! ;-)
-submit site to Link Directories -create articles and submit them to Article directories -comment on blogs -press release, classified ads -Social bookmarkings -link baiting -link exchange with relevant, quality and trusted sites
Thanks for the info. I am doing a lot of this, however, what is 'link baiting' and 'social bookmarking?' Also, how do press releases and classified ads have an effect.
