You could optimize it a bit : I checked only 2 pages but : titles pages & descriptions seems to be the same : -differents pages -> differents titles / differents descriptions -you could remove the META robots "revisit-after" (let's them come) -Your title start with "Willkommen", I don't speak German, but I don't thinks it's the most useful, use keywords instead. -you shoulf use <Hn> tag to make some important more "important" -you could use url rewiting. for the design, I don't like, but it's only a matter of taste. and forget about inner links opening in target _blank...
