A while ago i was browsing the forum and when trying to open a topic i got the following error:

Opening or downloading showthread.php has happened before (nothing new)

But i'm wondering what sddim4cl.php is suposed to be and why it's asking for it. I tried google and this forum search but nothing came up :/

    Any help is appriciated.

In short: sddim4cl.php can't be saved because the source file can't be read. Try again later or contact the system administrator. Thanks for your reply :)

    Strange.

Either the server is being gay again, or an ultra secret governent file tried to download itself on your PC to check what you are doing, but it was spotted by a Fox on Fire. :)

Oh that thing happens quite often. Your connection must have timed out and it sent incorrent file headers to firefox to parse it as an html document and therefore tries to saves and execute the file on your local computer.

Thanks for the answers. Nothing weird going on with my pc so. The file name is still a bit weird though. Unless something happened, nothing to worry about i guess :)

I did know stuff like this happens all the time with people, just that file worried me.

    Thanks again :)

sddim4cl.php is not a vBulletin file name. A search online takes me to this thread only so I'm guessing it's not a part of a publicly released modification. It may, of course, be a custom mod written for this forum but regardless, your browser shouldn't be trying to download it.

The best course of action when you get that kind of bad behaviour is to reboot.

If you think it's repeatable, and only on that thread, please post (or PM) a link to the thread.
