Scrolling image menu with text

I'm wondering how do I add a scrolling image menu with text and links to my web page. Something like this:

Yes did checked the source before this but not sure which of the code pertain to the scrolling menu.

Since I'm not very proficient in HTML, I'm looking for ready code available on the web. Otherwise may have to hire someone to do it.

It comes with a html template. Try customizing it along with .txt files.

 

It depends how your website are going to be on server side.

I mean if you use php, there are some dynamic slideshow. For example , with CMS like Joomla, you have got Rsgallery2.

For simple image links, you can checkout flash things. Or there are some css based slideshow too.
