Nice domain, has great development potential, id agree with the mid $xx on this one, but could go for high $xx to the right end user.

if you don't have any good idea, cheap or even free, no body interested. people doesn't want to lost time. if have some good idea, even expensive, people will pay the money.

 

Have you tried Joomla? It is OS (free). All my sites run on it... it is very cool once you get the grip of it.
