I paid 2k for this domain @ SEDO in hopes of starting a Premium Site for Selling Website Scripts, Software and Templates but just run out of money as was never able to do so. I had the Domain appraised at domainappraisals.org for $4500.00 2 years ago. This is not some free service, this is premium domain appraisal that cost me over $100 to have this done. I started a theme for the site and is about 99% complete. This is one of the great domain and Im sure it wont last long especially at this price. Dont Let this GO!

but i dont have enough time to run this site thatswhy im planning to sell it out !

The Temps listed on the Site do not come with the sale as they were just put in as TEST listings. The value is in the domain, and this is a great one.
