    I would change the logo.

    Go with a white background.

    Make your text bigger.

    Do that and you have a great website.

    Sure. Now the logo is not looking good to me either. Many people suggested to me that I should change the logo. Well I will have to hire some designer for it. :D Thanks by the way for your comments.
