Hey! I am in need of a skilled programmer and I am looking for a quote on how much I would need to pay for a dynamic webpage. Features needed to be included is: Upload, comment, rate, download, and vBulletin integration if possible. A search function and a way to organize categories and stuff would be nice as well.
