I need a script to install on my webserver , to work like youtube!
I need someone to write one for me or tell me from where I can buy one.

Can you share your experience with videoshare? I helped my friends to setup this script, and i didn't see any major troubles with it. Just CPU consuming issue at the time of converting of uploded movies. But that more related to ffmeg insteed of videoshare.
