script which adds glitters

Im looking for a script which adds glitters and animated
decorations to uploaded pictures. similar to this
pazoe

Seriously, you could do it yourself with something like Photoshop.

 

I think it's a new custom web based application, I don't think you can find some clone anytime soon.

I am also looking this kind a script but got no luck...

 

You can do this with Blender. Want to learn how? pm me
But not with script. Use your image as background and play glitters on that background image.
