Script to Upload Images to Imageshack.us

    Im looking for the script that lets visitors to a site
    upload images to imageshack.us, meanwhile spits
    out an html code with link back to YOUR site.
    example:
    <img src="gty.imageshack.us/albums/ui77/iii645ffffedf.jpg"><a href="http://mysite.com">visit this site</a>

    i've seen it used in a couple sites.

    anyone?
