Script to send email to Client with serial code after Payment

I am looking for a script that does this:

Client pays through paypal and then he receives an unique serial code from the database emailed to him. Then the record with the serial code is deleted from the database.

How can I do that? Can someone please help me with this. I am struggling with it for some time now.
