Script to identify wireless carrier

    I recently heard about a script which identifies major cell carriers and performs a redirect. For example:
    if cell carrier is Verizon
    go to html #1
    elseif cell carrier is ATT
    go to html #2
    else
    go to html #3
    Is this possible? If so, where can I get the script?
