Script to delete pstloadtmp files

Hi guys, I was wondering if anybody here could help me. I'm trying to write a script (ideally a batch file) to delete the temporary profiles created by Outlook in the form of pstloadtmpXXX files (where the XXX represent numbers). I am able to delete these manually by going to control panel -> mail -> show profiles and then deleting the offending profiles, however I need to be able to do this via a script. Part of the issue is that I cannot figure out where these files are being stored - they do not appear to be in my Outlook folder, and searching my drives reveals nothing. Does anyone have any experience with such files? Can anybody suggest a way to script the deletion of these files?
