script to create an internet radio site?

    Is there a script or any kind of software that helps set up a niche internet radio or podcast site? (a site that categorizes them or accepts submissions)

    Mp3 Toolbox ( download the script from here )

    Works with mp3 files and will emulate a live radio station, you upload the files and the radio will play them only when someone is connecting to your stream ( on demand ) but will play a different song when you connect.

    I have seen a script someplace (freebie) for creating a site with internet radio links but I cannot find the link to it here. I will dig around and post what I come up with.
