Buying Script to auto-open list of URLs at about 3 second intervals

Hello,

I am looking for someone who is able to create a script - or also someone who is familiar with Excel and can create a macro that can do this:

I have a list of several thousand URLs (right now they are all in Excel, but I can of course copy/paste them into somewhere else)

Each URL needs to be opened individually in a browser window, and then CANNOT be opened all at the same time (the URLs call on an API and the connections have to be spread apart, not all together)

So I am looking to have a script or Macro to automatically open the list of links, one by one...but with about 3 seconds of pause in-between the URLs

You could do probably do this free of cost with just a couple of lines macro.
