    i don't want anyone looking at my html source code i know the php part is hidden but i want the html part encoded

    Well I have to inform you there is no way to protect your HTML from being seen, you can take measurs to delay people, but if people want to get it they can get it e.g (de-encode).
    Also the way you want to do it would mean people with no Javascript or Javascript disabled would see nothing?
