I'm looking for a script for a web page that will do this: 1. Accept a jpg file upload (up to 10 MB) from a client with a text description and his email address. 2. Show a progress indicator during the file upload. 3. When the upload is completed, send me an email with his file attached and telling me what his email address and text description are. I haven't found a script that can do these tasks. I do see scripts that can do items 1 and 2, so is there a separate script that can do item 3?
