Script that will allow visitors of my site to post their details on one page?

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a script that will allow users to post some information from a simple input form, and publicly post it to make nice tables.

    I want to be able to delete, approve, or ban spammers.

    Hopefully someone knows what I am talking about and can point me in the right direction? Thanks

    i can code you such a script for 10$ that will consist of:

    -main site (where visitors post & view posts)
    -admin panel(edit,delete, ban IP,etc ...)
