Buying script that recognises number plates in images

    I am looking to get a script which lets you provide an image url and returns either

    1. Nothing if no number plate is found
    2. The number plate.

    I want it to be a simple php function like this

    
$reg = getNumberPlate('http://www.mysite.com/image1.jpg');
    PHP:
    script should accept jpg and png images.

    script should work for all european number plates

    Please pm me your prices.
