script - "send this page to your friend"

    Hi,

    since I am not good in PHP programming :( can anyone give me script(or any starting help) for "send this page to your friend".

    I have a video site and I want to put a form with 3 text fields - your name,friends name and friends email address and the url of that page will be send to the friend in his/her mail.
