I brought a script from a person i payed him the initial money for the scrip and asked him to send me the script which he promised to install on my server. he then sent me a copy of the script but when i tried installing it id didn't work out well. I tried contacting him but he does not respond to my mails. I even asked him to refund the money. what can i do. I made the payment via PayPal.
