Script or CMS for submitted content

    Hi
    I am looking script that allows users to register and submit content like lyrics etc and has rating/comment functionality .

    I am not looking for some big cms, can someone point me to a simple script for these kind of sites

    Do you want the ratings for the content? Or for the user?

    Why do you need them to register as long as the item is not displayed until approved by you?

    I ask because I have been working on something for some time now and it is almost ready.

    I have seen several sites using such scripts, so there must be one available ?

    Look around for a Wiki CMS and add a ratings plugin into it.
