Script needed

    Web Calendar Script.

    Allows people to sign up and choose a date. The person coming to the site will be able to choose a date in which they expect a perticuler event will happen and they must pay lets say 5.00 dollars to get into a pool and whoever wins this pool will win all of the money. They should be able to pick at least three years in advance. Also it would be nice if people can choose more than one date and that people can pick the same day so lets say you can 5 people all pick april 05 2007.

    Is this considered gambling, could I get into trouble for doing this, since I don't plan to keep any of the money it all goes back to those who win???

    That is most certainly gambling. So there could be potential legal trouble.
