Buddy... this is not a site its a social bookmarking site... i hope you know about social bookmarking site... they dont index the content they only link to the contents.... and if you want to setup something like this you can easily do with the social bookmarking script the one which is available and free to use and download is: pligg.com you can download this script from the site and just install the template you like and you are ready to go hope this helps...
