Script needed - Will pay well

Hi,

Basically, I need a script that checks the referrer of a user when visiting a page. It will then check a seperate file (can be txt or php or w/e which I can modify and add referrers). If the users referrer matches one of the referrers in this seperate file a cookie is dropped.

Now, There will be a page on my website with a php redirect script. This script will check to see if the user has this special cookie. It will work like this:

If user does not have cookie ----> send to A
If user has cookie ----> send to B

I was hoping to get this done ASAP so interested programmers just send me a PM with your time estimation and project fee.
