I'm wanting to do a site in which users can go to it and pick from any of the 50 states for finding local caterers So, ideally it would be a directory type script, but I'm trying to figure out which would work the best. Rather than list out category types, I'd prefer to list out all the states on the initial page and when the user clicks on a state, they then see the list of places in their area. I'd also like those same users to be able to leave feedback or comments on the experiences (a la Yelp) as well as allow the business listings the opportunity to upload pictures of their offerings... I'm on a tight budget-- but would like some quotes. Please PM me
