Ill need this info. Name - Your name. Ftp info - username and password and the server ftp://mysite.com Script - Please have the script in your ftp folder clearly marked in a folder Named "Install Me" or if need be email script to me. Mysql Access - i will need your username and pass for this and your login address. Phpmyadmin - Ill need your login address and username and password for this if applicable. Godaddy account - if you use a godaddy account please send me your main account password and username ill be able to do it all from there.
