Are you offering this service or asking for someone who do this job? Could you please elaborate a bit?
I believe he is trying to convey that he can do the script installations at $15 or so. But i pity someone with 567 posts and 45 iTraders (at the time of writing this post) posting such threads with two words (are you so lazy or in some real hurry?)
I do agree, no one can't build up good reputation as a professional service provider just by posting this way, if his services are being offered
