Next Install joomla and intergrate using jfusion or joomdle scripts. I have godaddy hosting, and it does meet the requirements, but won't install. I need someone who can test on another host, and if it works I will migrate to that host and sign up under affiliate under your link if you want.
Dustovshio, I've successfully completed a combined installation of Joomla, Moodle, and Mahara using SSO for all scripts on Dreamhost with a custom PHP 5.3 build. I would imagine that HostGator or hostmonster would have better native support as well as a better control panel than Dreamhost. However I know it can be done. I'm using Joomla! 1.5, Moodle 2.0, and Mahara 1.3. If I can be of any further help let me know. I'm still working on developing the site with additional functionality like BigBlueButton and Kaltura but the main three components are operating properly. I'd be happy to give a demonstration for you.
