Script for Wallpaper, renders, etc?

Hey, does somebody know a possible free script with nice templates, which allow

Automatic Thumbnail Display on main page
Newest and top rated images
Rating function
Image upload with approval of images
If wallpaper is displayed, possibly a option to download in the different resolutions

Guess kind of like a normal Gallery, but i dont know good scripts
I want to let users upload, wallpapers, renders, drawings etc etc
