Script for sending sms

I need a script like B1Gmail,so you can personalize your own sms gateway,(http gateway),just for sending sms.
I have that script from Alstral soft,that use http gateway from clickatell,who is already personalized.
I need a script to modify http gateway just like B1gmail
ore one to work wit http gateway (http://myserver.com/send.php?user=xx...24445334&text= mesage )

Any suggestions?
