    Hi all,

    a partner and I are going to develop a real estate related website, and are wondering which script we should use.

    I've seen quite a few around: Hot Property (Joomla), PG Realty, Open-Realty, Paper Clip... can't quite figure out which is best suited for our needs.

    We are basically aiming at something that will be very user friendly and makes it possible to easily list and browse the listings.

    Any ideas? Any other script I should know about?

    Thanks in advance!
    Sam

    As agents or brokers? Or as in allowing the general public to post ads for free or fee?

    If the latter you have to define all free, all paid or some combo of the above.

    Open Realty is for office use of agents and brokers though there may be some payment mods availbale.

    Once you define exactly what you want your options will narrow a good bit. :)

    Thanks for the reply.

    We will be primarily aiming at:
    1)presenting our own listings (no need for a user interface for general public to submit);
    and
    2)enabling search options using different criteria (geographical, price range...)

    I've also seen iRealty... not sure yet. There's a lot of options and we're not aiming at having a huge development, just setting up something clean and simple.

    Thanks again, I'd love feedback!
