script for managing advertisements

    hi

    my website has vb forum.other sections are dynamic.
    I am looking for a program or script that manages advertisements
    perfectly for all positions.I would like to have reports from my
    system and the ones whom order my package.I want to advertise banners
    randomly. I don`t know there is such a good program or it is better to ask
    someone who knows programing.
