    PG Job Site Pro is my suggestion. a lot of features for a reasonable cost. they even allow to pay for the script in parts.

    You should try www.jobboardshq.com . It is a software developed by us, but I think it is pretty good, and price wise very competitive (starts at 7$/pm, hosted).
