    I`ve searched for an blog directory script about 3 months ago but there were only traditional scripts with modifications.

    Just traditional directory scripts.
    I understand that you want to start a blog directory, but what do you want from that directory?
    Something special? (like latest posts, technorati ranks?) OR just a directory but dedicated to blogs?
