Script For Adult Tube Site Needed

    I am wanting to create a unique Adult Tube Website, one that is very different from the norm that is out there.
    I'm not looking for someone to design it's CSS Template, thats my job. But I do need someone to script the PHP, JavaScript and everything else that would needed to be done to make the sight operational.

    which of these scripts is similar to bits video script in the sense that it can automatically import and update videos from other sites like megarotic and hence save bandwidth cost?
