hmm let me explain a little more detailed a website where users can upload subtitles for movies example: divxsubtitles.net/latestuploads_lastweek.php
use some kind o download system instead change it according to ur needs u want only admin to upload or users to ??
users also i found a movie database script....i think il start modifying some fields and add a upload field check it out and tell me if its worth the work on it:http://demo.vcddb.konni.com/
