    Most successful sites on the web have a fully custom backend. Fotolog is one of them.

    It's not similar to a single script, but it is basically an image script, comment script, and some custom database stuff for the friends/favorites/groups functionality. It wouldn't be hard for a programmer to re-create this for you, but it would be extremely difficult for you to piece together multiple scripts to re-create it.
